Fatal Church Bus Accident May Have Been Caused by Defect
A church bus accident on San Bernardino’s Highway 189 has critically injured 10 passengers and killed the driver. Witnesses say the professional driver, who volunteered, lost control of the bus on a corner of a winding mountain road striking a Nissian Murano belonging to the San Berardino Fire Department. The crash may have been due to a design defect causing the brakes or the suspension to fail. Some are considering the church may be found negligent for employing an inexperienced bus driver.
